Rosetta Holland is the Senior Manager, Premium Business for Churchill Downs Racetrack. She has been with the company since February 2010.
Holland is responsible for managing large volumes of electronic, Web-based and live informational traffic. Her primary focus is to ensure the Kentucky Derby and Kentucky Oaks are sold-out events.
She is the primary contact for Churchill Downs’ Personal Seat License Membership Program, and implements the highest level of customer service for the “Greatest Two Minutes in Sports.” She works closely with all departments as a resource to ensure guests’ visit to the Kentucky Derby and Kentucky Oaks are memorable.
With more than 35 years of experience in office administration, Holland has worked for some of Louisville’s most recognized companies. She has built an impressive background by working in various capacities, including Sales/Hospitality, Economic Development, Benefits, Information Technology and Office/Property Management.
Holland has served as Past Power Diva/CEO for the Power to Exhale organization, a women’s empowerment group that is changing the D.N.A. (Demeaning Negative Attitudes) of women across the country. She planned and coordinated events for the local chapter, Exhale Louisville, which has a membership of more than 5,000.
Born in Boston, Holland considers Franklin, Ky. her hometown. She has resided in Louisville since 1985.
A fun fact about Holland: she couldn’t swim but took an “Adult Learn to Swim” course in 2018 and has since been featured in swim magazines.
Holland is the proud mother to one daughter and a Grandmother “Gigi” to two grandsons, Tristian and Dallas.
