Tiffeney is native of Louisville, Kentucky. Currently Tiffeney is an Account Executive at Caretenders Home Health and the founder of Elite Excentre Office Park. Tiffeney has a passion for public health and human services, and devotes her volunteerism in service to underserved communities.
Tiffeney is the President and CEO of Black Nurses Rock of Greater Louisville; an international minority nursing organization that educates on major health disparities. In fulfillment of the mission and vision of Black Nurses Rock, Tiffeney, alongside more than 190,000 nurses around the world, strives to educate nurse leaders to serve and educate vulnerable communities.
A graduate of the University of Phoenix, Tiffeney holds a Masters degree in Health Administration and is currently pursuing a PHD in Public Health. She is the wife of Mr. K'Yon Poynter who is a retired Captain of the Louisville Metro Fire department, and they are the proud parents of three children.
